In the 1970’s and 80’s the Knifemaker’s Guild had a requirement that every member have professionally printed material.
Here is the first (1973) D'Holder Custom Knives catalog (with thanks to P Spitzner). It is 8 1/2" x 11" .
Here is the second (1974) D'Holder Custom Knives catalog (thanks to Jim Thomson). It is 8 1/2" x 5 1/2".

Here is the last D’Holder knives catalog, professionally printed, with this particular example being from 1981 (Amarillo), but, you will note that the photos of the knives in this catalog are from the 1977 to 1980 period. It is a folder type with removeable and replaceable insert pages.

Subsequent to the above catalog, (during the 1986 to 1988 period), D used the card below to meet the requirements of the Knifemaker's Guild. This card has endured the rigors of time, however it illustrates what D was using.
Note the "S" guard on the knife - D was the first Custom Knife Maker to make an "S" guard knife.
